Mehvash Amin

Mehvash Amin is an English language poet and publisher based in Lahore. After receiving a gold medal in English and French Literature from the University of the Punjab, she went on to study Modern Letters at the Sorbonne, Paris. Her poems have been published in an anthology, as well as in various literary journals, like Vallum, New International Poetics (Canada), Sugar Mule (USA), The Missing Slate, and A Khanna’s book Capitals (Bloomsbury). She has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize for her poem ‘Karachi’. Mehvash has started a publishing house, Broken Leg Publications, and is publisher and Editor in Chief of The Aleph Review, an annual anthology in print of creative writing, along with a year-long website: www.thealephreview.com.
