Nazuk Iftikhar Rao

Nazuk Iftikhar Rao is a Lahore-based photographer, writer and a development economist who has worked with various agencies of the UN in Pakistan, New York and Indonesia on humanitarian communication. She is currently working on her novel as a fiction fellow with South Asia Speaks Literary Mentorship. Nazuk writes on cities, history and emotions and her work has been published by The News, Geo English, The Aleph Review, The Missing Slate, Tasavvurnama, and was long-listed for the Wasafiri Writing Prize in 2023.
